Sacred Drumming Retreat Day
Drumming at the Autumn Equinox

The power of the drum will be demonstrated throughout this one-day retreat with meditation, vision quests and the healing drum. There will be an opportunity for free drumming, allowing you to feel to the power of the drum – please bring a drum with you if you have one.

There will also be chanting, group drumming and an opportunity to connect to your elders and guides. There will also be a celebration of the Autumn Equinox.

This one-day workshop is an opportunity for healing, self-discovery, relaxation and laughter. There are a few spare drums available so please ask at the time of booking if you would like to borrow one.
